I just wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for all your help during these last 2 years. Your support during my period as a President for Racquet Club 9A North was, without a doubt, the reason I was able to navigate throughout the unknown condominium world that I was at from day one.
During this time, I learned a lot about the HOA in general. The truth is that I couldn’t have accomplished many things for my community without your support, and for that, I will always be grateful to you all for your continued support and mentorship.
Finally, I want to express my gratitude to my dear friend Jerry. Thank you very much for your patience, flexibility, and willingness to help me with all my community issues. It wasn’t easy, but together, we did a really good job! Thanks for the great time and good memories. I really enjoyed working with you! Being an HOA president was a real-life changing experience! No Joke!!!
